How we got started
In 2020, our empanada journey began when we moved to the vibrant city of Nashville. Fueled by a dream to share our culinary passion, we started crafting empanadas in the heart of our home, offering these flavorful creations to friends, family, and neighbors. The overwhelming support propelled us to take a leap, transitioning to a professional setup in a commercial kitchen. Our empanadas soon found their way to local farmers markets across Nashville, TN, becoming a beloved part of the community.
